Charles Staton, 68, of Scottsbluff, passed away, December 13, 2011, at his home. Cremation was at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory and inurnment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff. A memorial has been established in care of the family and contributions may be sent to Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff. Charles was born May 16, 1943. He worked in and around Scottsbluff his whole life. He is survived by his brother Earnest Staton, nephew Edward Staton of Kentucky, his niece Wendy Porter and her three children of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Becker of Scottsbluff, Silas Staton of Kentucky, his wife Ann, two children James, and Douglas. May God Bless him in his travels to our father’s home. We will miss him and cherish the memories of good times with our loved one.
