Edgar R. Douglas, 79 of Bayard, Nebraska passed away Friday, August 17, 2012 at Regional West Medical Center. His funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at High Butte Cemetery south of McGrew with military honors by the Nebraska Army National Guard. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 am until service time at the chapel. Memorials may be given to the family.
