

Esther had a massive heart attack on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at home in Mitchell, Nebraska and passed away that same day. She was born on July 17, 1947 at the old St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix to Joseph and Gladys (Tyler) Peruch. She grew up in Phoenix and graduated from Paradise Valley High School, and Rio Salado College. Besides Arizona, Esther lived in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas, before spending the last 15 years in Nebraska.
She is survived by her husband Keith, son Michael Boyes and daughter Ashley Boyes, granddaughter Sheyla Jenson-Boyes, sisters Debi (Peruch) Thompson and Kitty Peruch.
She is predeceased by son Jason C. Boyes, sister Shirley Peruch, Brothers Joe Peruch, Edward Peruch.
She was an avid animal lover and acknowledged pet groomer. She spent many years training and riding horses in Dressage as well as general pleasure. Many of her best friends were also dressage enthusiasts. When Scottsdale eliminated Cholla Park in the 1980’s to allow for runway expansion to handle jets, Esther was one of a small active group from the Arizona Dressage Association that built a dressage arena with private funds at a nearby site. This was the very beginning of Westworld. Esther was very fond of her Australian Shepherds. She leaves an extensive family in Phoenix as well as many friends that will miss her for she was a true friend herself.
