Monica Marie Sandine

Monica Marie Sandine, 45, of Scottsbluff lost a courageous battle to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday, November 29, 2013 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff surrounded by loving family members. At her request, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation and a private service will be held at a later date. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com Monica was born October 4, 1968 to Calvin and Babs (Seymour) Sandine at Scottsbluff. She attended grade schools in Scottsbluff and Scottsbluff Senior High. She is survived by her brother Kevin and his daughters Taylor and Claire of Sioux City, IA; aunts: Thelma (Glen) Martindale, LaSalle, CO, Sharon (Larry) Taylor, Greeley, CO and Dixie (Dick) McCollum, Scottsbluff, NE; mother and stepfather Babs and Gary Betzold, Scottsbluff, NE; daughters: Nichole Marie Sandine, Scottsbluff, NE, Jessica (Steven) Brown; three grandsons: Touny, Merrick, and Geo of El Paso, TX and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Monica was preceded in passing by her son Kenn “Bubbie” Hrasky; loving uncle Tom “Sonny” Seymour; grandparents: Richard and Sybil Seymour and father Calvin R. Sandine. Monica had a heart of gold, had many friends and co-workers along her journey. She loved to read, cook and was a hard worker. She made many friends and brightened many lives; she loved cookbooks and peanut butter fudge and helped people when she could. Bless her friend Shirley. Her grandsons were her stars. She was always loved and will always be missed. Go climb that mountain your work on earth is done and be at peace.
