

Scott Livengood, 58, of Scottsbluff, entered into rest on Monday, October 12, 2015. Cremation has taken place at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel Crematory and a memorial service will be held at 1PM on Friday, October 16, 2015 at Zion Evangelical Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Doug Jones officiating. Gregory Scott Livengood was born July 24, 1957 at Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Earl Junior and Nina Ruth (Batchelor) Livengood. He attended schools in Arvada, Colorado and Casa Grande, Arizona and then returned to Scottsbluff to complete his education in 1975. Scott met the love of his life, his soulmate, and best friend, Cathy Dittenber, in April of 1975 and the two were married in November of 1975 and raised two amazing children.
Scott was sucessful in the concrete industry for many years before excelling in the Durable Medical Equipment field working for MES. He most recently excelled as the business manager for Western Sleep Medicine/Western CPAP in Scottsbluff. Those that knew Scott knew whatever he did he did just as big as his stature.
Scott was a member of Zion Evangelical Church. He was a devoted Husband, Father, and Papa. He was an avid Denver Bronco fan. There was never a project or problem he could not solve. ""Daddy we will miss you"".
Scott is survived by his wife Cathy; son Jerrod Scott Livengood; daughter and son-in-law Marci and JJ Meyer; grandson Jake Scott Meyer; mother-in-law Leah Dittenber; mother and step-father Nina and James Jackson; brother Terry (Pat) Livengood; sister-in-law Debbie (Larry) Steinbrecher; five nieces; and playful labs McGraw and Chase.
Scott was preceded in death by his father-in-law Rhine Dittenber, father Earl Livengood, and loving lab Dyson.
