

He was born April 13, 1987 in Dallas, Texas to Diana and Gilbert Guzman, Jr. Chris was raised in Seagoville, Texas and graduated from Seaborne Challenge Corps in 2005. He had two beautiful children. He was a plumber at Mesquite Plumbing.
Chris enjoyed spending time with his kids. He loved breaking and riding horses. As a teenager, he would saddle bronc in rodeos. He loved to be at the ranch, helping his dad. If you needed to find Chris, you could almost guarantee he was at the ranch. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing chess. Chris could make just about anyone laugh. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone, even a stranger. You could always count on Chris for anything.
His family and friends will always remember him as the life of the party, and his laugh was contagious. Chris was the most loving, caring, kind person with the biggest heart. His smile brought so much warmth and happiness into everyone's life.
Chris is preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Guzman, Jr., who passed on December 4, 2020.
He leaves behind his 10 year old son, Isaac Gilberto Guzman; his 7 year old daughter, Ludivina Luz Guzman; his mother, Diana Elizabeth Guzman; his sisters, Eunice Elizabeth Martinez and Erica Guzman Finn; his grandparents from his father's side, Gilberto Guzman, Sr. and Manuela Ortega Guzman; and his grandparents from his mother's side, Jose Antonio Davila and Maria Gloria Davila.
Chris will be missed dearly by his family and friends who loved him.
