Doyle Ray Huddleston

Doyle Ray Huddleston, age 76, of Seagoville went to be with the Lord May 20, 2016 in Sunnyvale, TX. He was born January 28, 1940 in Terrell, TX to Joe J. & Evie Inez (Turner) Huddleston. Doyle moved to Crandall, TX in 1955, where he met Bessie Ford. They married in 1957 and were married 59 years. They moved to Seagoville in 1970. Doyle owned multiple businesses over the years such as a concrete plant and trucking co., and did work such as utility construction and land development. Due to this, many of the subdivisions he developed have streets named after his grandchildren. He was a workaholic. Doyle enjoyed his work so much it was his hobby; if he wans’t working, he enjoyed being home with his family. Doyle was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Mesquite Masonic Lodge #728. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Terrell. Doyle was preceded in death by his parents Joe & Evie Huddleston, sister Dorothy Key & husband Frank, and great grandson Isaiah Person. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 59 years Bessie Huddleston; four children, Mike Huddleston & wife Michelle, Lisa Person & husband Mark, Terresa Frazier & husband Ronny, and Danny Huddleston & wife Karen; eight grandchildren, Brandon Huddleston & wife Karis, Tiffany Person, Dakota Frazier, Emily Frazier, Makayla Feifer & husband Josh, Bryan Huddleston & wife Rena, Corey Huddleston & wife Jami, and Holly Rogers; six great grandchildren, Aleiah Person, Dalton Thurman, C.J. Baker, Breanna Huddleston, Jacob Huddleston and Cade Huddleston; and sister Linda Denson. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and other loved ones.
