Ellenita Marie Martinez, of Rosebud, Texas, passed away on September 25, 2020 in Mesquite, Tx. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born on December 31, 1931 in Du Quoin, IL to Peter and Margaret Helmer. Ellenita truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures with friends and family. She had a passion for Catholic Faith.
Elenita is survived by daughters, Terri Lawrence of San Antonio, Texas and Miachelle Gentry of Seagoville, Texas; grandchildren, William Sacks, Priscilla Gamez, Crystal McCoy, Jason Gamez and Michelle Starr; great grandchildren; Chase Pruitt, Kaydence Brown, Kaylee Brown, Kaydee Brown, Mason McCoy, Heloise Sacks and Cassi Sacks.
She is preceded in death by her husband Isaac Martinez, mother, father and brother and sisters.
