She is preceded in death by her husband, John N. Ballantine, and her siblings: Hattie Walker, Margie Richards, and Richard LD Gragson.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children: George Ballantine & Sheryl, John Ballantine & Robin; grandchildren: Ami Doline & Steve, Amber Jenkins & David and Bryan Miller & Melody; great-grandchildren: Haley Jenkin Barncastle, Logan Jenkins, Issac Jenkins, Cash Dolive, Cooper Dolive, Kirsten Miller, Cody Miller and Cade Miller; one great-great granddaughter, Kamryn Barncastle, one sister, Elizabeth Ann Hove, and by many nieces and nephews.
Floy enjoyed fishing and having fish fry's with her family. She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She will be dearly missed.
