

Glenn Edward Cloud, 52, of Seagoville, TX passed away on July 17, 2015. He was born on December 29, 1962 to military parents John and Pauline Cloud at Ft. Sam Houston Army Base in San Antonio, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents and four siblings: Cassandra Cloud, Janeece Jones, John Cloud, Jr., and Michael Cloud. Glenn is survived by the love of his life, his wife Betty Loughray-Cloud, daughter Jana and Jonathan Robinson, grandson Jorden Bentlee, granddaughter Jayden and one on the way. He is also survived by siblings Deborah and Walt Bockemehl, Theresa and Randy Pennington, Aileen Stanford and William Renfro, sister-in-law DeeDee Cloud, special cousin and his friend Steve “Cuzz” and Fran Miller. Also to mourn his loss are many nieces, nephews, and numerous extended family members and friends. Glenn was raised in Mesquite, TX and grew up with a great deal of pride in his Texas and Tennessee roots. He was known in the transport industry as one of the very best Master Diesel Mechanics in the business. Although he worked very hard, he also enjoyed cutting up with and joking around with his co-workers. He also drove a big rig for several years and served as a Driver Instructor for Stevens Transport. Among his passions in life, he like to spend time with family and his friends at the AMVets Post #23. Glen enjoyed his gun collection and time on the water as well. He was known for helping people and for having a major sweet tooth! He loved taking rides in the country, whether it was in his truck, on his favorite bicycle, or on his beloved Harley Davidson motorcycle.
