He is preceded in death by his brother Dennis Newton, Dennis’ wife Debbie and his mother in law, Norma Woodward.
Left with fond and cherished memories are his loving wife of 36 years, Lori Newton; daughter Stephanie Newton of Combine, Texas; daughter Kati Rivera and husband Anthony of Lewisville, Texas; son David Newton and wife Jessica of Combine Texas; grandsons Bryndon, Landon and Ryan; granddaughters Violet and Cora; parents JD and Bobbie Newton of Dallas, Texas; father in law Bob Woodward of Combine, Texas; brother Paul Newton and wife Tracy of Heath, Texas; sister Sharon Thomas of Dallas, Texas; brother in law Alan Woodward of Dallas, Texas; sister in law Lisa Woodward of New Mexico; Loved nieces and nephews, Tyler and Emily Newton, Connie Villalpando, her husband Manuel and their children Abryana and Dylan, Clay and Haley Woodward and Robert and Michael Cody. Also holding cherished memories are lifetime friends Bubba and Debi Wright of Canton, Texas; George and Caren Birdwell of Graham, Texas and numerous other family loved ones and beloved friends.
The family will receive friends at a visitation, 6-8pm. Wednesday April 18, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm., Thursday April 19 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Seagoville, Texas where John David will be laid to rest in the Garden of Scriptures.
