Margaret Durnal

Margaret Durnal, age 87, of Crandall, Texas passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023. Margaret Durnal was born May 31, 1936 in Henderson, TX to Norvell and Odessa Crawford. She worked as an LVN for many, many years. She loved to craft and sew. She made stuffed bears and donated them to the police department for children.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, Norvell and Odessa Crawford; husband, Pete Durnal; brothers, Buck Crawford, Edward Crawford, David Crawford, Felder Crawford; sisters, Ora Lee Jones, Janiece Martin; grandson, Cody James Williams. She is survived by her son, James Williams and wife Kim; daughter, Sherry Williams; grandsons Brandon Williams and Ryan Williams; first great-grandchild on the way, Baby Williams; brother, Larry Crawford; sister, Sue Mericle; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Margaret was so excited when she heard she was going to be a great grandma. She was very proud of her grandsons, Brandon and Ryan and loved them so much. She would light up every time she saw them. She made it a point to always ask how Brandon did at the races every weekend and how Ryan did at his football games. Margaret was loved by many and will be greatly missed by so many.

A visitation for Margaret will be held Monday, June 12, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 12, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. A committal service will occur Monday, June 12, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159.
