Rosie Pearl Breeden

(Honeycutt) of Mesquite, Texas was born on March 8, 1941 in Lamesa, Texas and passed away peacefully on November 4, 2021 at the age of 80.

Rosie was born to the late Norma and Roy Honeycutt and was the oldest of seven children.

Rosie is proceeded in death by her daughter Belinda Bruce, brothers Howard, Lee Roy and James. Her surviving siblings include J Honeycutt, Joy Honeycutt Burleson and Stanley Honeycutt.

Rosie had three other children Tammy Breeden, Gene Breeden and James Breeden.

She was a proud grandmother to Steven Mizell, Michael Mizell, Reauna Bruce, late Kyle Breeden, Sheena Breeden, Philip Breeden and James(JB)Breeden. A great grandmother to Mason Mizell, Malia Mizell, Carter Mizell, Kinzley Mizell, Daylen Horton, Jayden Horton and Kaylob Horton. Great-great granddaughters Kinleigh Horton and Ciahna June.

Rosie had many jobs throughout the years from being a waitress, working on the brake line for Micro Products, cashier for Albertsons and Sack n’ Save. She retired from Babies R Us in 2006.

Rosie was the kind of a person who never met a stranger. She loved to garden, do word search puzzles, needle work and collect leaves.

She will always be remembered as Miss Rosie, Nannie and Mom.

Her Celebration of Life will be held on November 13, 2021 at 2:00 at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 S. Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159.
