Steven Ray Mitchell

Steve was a master craftsman and Jack of all trades. In his younger years he worked for his uncle at Frank Mitchell's Welding shop in Seagoville TX, For the last 25+ years he was employed by KHS+S Contractors where he made several lifelong friends. Steve was a perfectionist, even when not at work you could find him working on something around the house or piddling in the yard.

He was an excellent pool player, He and Shelia made several trips to Las Vegas with his pool team, The American Pool Players Association to play in tournaments. You could always catch him in his recliner watching the Nascar race on Sunday's, he also enjoyed spending quality time and eating popsicles with the grandkids.

Steve is preceded in death by his mother Peggy, wife Rhonda Mitchell, sister Danna Mitchell, brothers, Roy Mitchell, Coy Mitchell, and Jessie Mitchell and grandparents Dennis and Danna Mitchell, Frank and Kathrine Fowler.

Those left with cherished memories include, spouse Shelia Guill, father Billy Mitchell, children, Stephanie Nolan (Tim), Ginger Mitchell (Montana), Rachel Kile, stepson Allen Kellar, brother, Clay Mitchell, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Gabe, Grayson, Kamie, Kashton, and Kynleigh.

He will always be remembered as a loving and caring son, brother, father, spouse, papaw, and friend.
