Graveside services for Sylvia Lorene Hill Moore, age 66 of Grand Prairie, Texas will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 9, 2014 in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Seagoville, Texas. Interment will follow under the direction of Roselawn Funeral Home of Seagoville. Sylvia Lorene Hill Moore was born on April 5, 1948 in Dallas, Texas a daughter of Julius Carl Lee and Melba Pittman Hill and passed away on May 5, 2014 at her residence in Grand Prairie. She is preceded in death by her father, Julius Carl Lee Hill. Sylvia was a loving lady that enjoyed life and enjoyed cooking for her family as well as making blankets for the people in her life. She was a 1966 Graduate of W.W. Samuel High School in Dallas and worked for Allied Marketing for over 22 years. She was married to Glenn Moore for almost 35 years and was Baptist in faith. Survivors include her loving husband, Glenn Moore of Grand Prairie, Mother, Melba Chesney of Mesquite, daughters, Jenifer Johnson and Kim Johnson of Grand Prairie, sister Sherry Hoyt of Mesquite and her twin sister Cynthia Pruett of Mesquite as well as a host of other friends and relatives.
