MARINA – Frances L. Valrey, a native of Alexandria, Louisiana, passed away in hospital following illness, at age of 93. A long time resident of Monterey Peninsula; she had been a beautician and certified nursing assistant.
She is survived by her daughter, Benita Jackson and a host of family and church friends.
