Robert W. Ford Jr., born in Salinas, CA, passed away on December 9, 2025 and raised in Speckles to the parents Robert W. Ford Sr. and Arline V. Ford, he lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1969. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Joan K. Ford, and 2 children, Robert P. Ford and Katherine A. Annigoni.
Bob, as he was known to friends and family, was active in his community, as a businessman, a Eucharistic Minister, and an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous. He was sober 57 years. Bob dedicated his life to other helping other alcoholics and their families. He was a devoted husband and father, and grandfather to his 3 grandchildren, Anthony, Gia, and Drina.
The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and healthcare workers who provided such top notch care for Bob, and to all of our friends for their loving and unwavering support.
A Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, Mar. 8, 2026 at the Pacific Grove Community Center at 515 Junipero Avenue in Pacific Grove from 2 to 5 pm
