Age 82, born Feb. 27, 1922 in Orting, WA. Passed away at home on Jan. 12, 2005 in Seattle, WA. Survived by his wife of 47 years Chieko; son Steven; daughter Judy and her husband Tim Farmer; granddaughters Kimiko and Midori Farmer; brother George Chris; sister in law Betty, plus many nephews and nieces. After being interned at Hart Mountain, WY he joined the Army as part of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team. He enjoyed gardening, lapidary and traveling. Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 22nd at 7:30 PM at the Seattle Betsuin Buddhist Temple 1427 S. Main St., Seattle, 98144.
