Arnold was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend. He was born in Seattle, WA. In 1976 he received his Electrical Engineering degree from Univ. of Washington. He worked for the Boeing Company for over 20 years. He became a Christian and was a member of Seattle Chinese Alliance Church. He was an avid cyclist, participated in numerous RAMROD and STP rides. He also travelled the world with the year-long Odyssey 2000 biking adventure. Arnold passed away unexpectedly after an accidental fall. He leaves behind 2 sisters, Lisa Chu and Laura Lum, brother-in-law Herman Lum, 3 nieces, 2 nephews and 7 grandnieces and 5 grandnephews. He will be greatly missed. For those who wish, donations may be made in remembrance of Arnold to Seattle Chinese Alliance Church, or Cyclists of Greater Seattle (COGS).
Funeral services will be held at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home & Cemetery, located at 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, Washington, 98133. The service will take place in the Tribute Center on December 16, 2025, starting at 11:00 am.
