She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Stoves, brother, John Will and sister, Sophia Gufler. Survived by sons, Rick & Tom Stoves; daughter-in-laws, Linda Stoves, Joanne Stoves, Lorelei Molitor; grandchildren, Michael Stoves, Tim Stoves, Farrah Stoves, Noelle Hufty, Scott Hufty, Erica Farrell, Rene Gerber and Susan Harris; great grandchildren, Trevon Hufty, Evelyn Harris, Adrian Harris and Ainsley Harris. Barbara is also survived by countless numbers of others who loved her and fondly knew her as "Mom."
Mrs. Stoves was a long time resident of Roslyn, Washington before she moved to Bellevue in 1960 where she resided until her passing.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 22nd at the Bothell Funeral Home, 18224 – 103rd Ave. NE, Bothell, WA 98011. A graveside committal service will follow at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 23rd at the Roslyn Veterans Cemetery in Roslyn, Washington.
