
Charles H. Procter, 59, passed away November 13, 2015 in Seattle, Washington. He was born on October 14, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio to William and Gwendolyn Procter. He enjoyed a career with the Boeing Company, and is survived by his wife Carol, and sons Webster and Malcolm of Seattle. He will forever be missed by those he leaves behind.
