Christine Ann Fawcett

Christine Ann Fawcett (Duffek) passed away unexpectedly on June 28th, 2019 in at her home in Shoreline, WA. She was born July 4th 1952 in Chicago, Illinois. She has been in the greater Seattle area and Washington State for over 50 years. She was a graduate of Port Angeles High School, class of 1970. She also attended North Seattle Community College and Washington State University (Go Cougs!). Chris was a long time employee at Premera Blue Cross, where she has since retired from. A truly selfless woman whose generosity, kindness and guidance was extended to any and all who were in need. She loved her children and grandchildren immensely, always encouraging and supporting every dream and goal, big or small. She was poetic and soft, yet witty and bold. She truly made this world a better place, and that of the lives of everyone she touched.

Chris was preceded in death by her parents; Arthur and Mona Duffek, brother; Steve (Tina) and her loving husband; Michael Fawcett Sr. She is survived by her children; Michelle (Tim), Alisha (Dale), Jeff (Tristanya), Michael Jr. (Elaign), and Andrew. Five adored grandchildren; Zachary, Brianna, Janessa, Jacob, Mia and a soon to be born granddaughter. She is also survived by her siblings; Phillip (Valerie), Ronald (Patty), and Donna as well as numerous loved extended family members and cherished friends.

A memorial service will be held on July, 12th at noon Evergreen Washelli Cemetery, 11111 Aurora Ave. N. Seattle, WA and followed by a Celebration of Life at Paramount Park, 15300 8th Ave NE Shoreline, WA.
