I miss you so much Dad! But I can't stand it here on earth and most of all I can't stand myself any longer! I will be seeing you so much sooner than expected 😶

Susie and Family - 

I was so sorry to hear of Dave's passing - I was out of town most of last week and heard yesterday.  

I saw Dave in Hurst, TX, just prior to that store opening, and he and I talked briefly.  Dave was his usual, upbeat, positive self; smiling ear-to-ear.  

I've missed working with Dave, since the minute he left our department years ago. 

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, and his friends, which I'm sure are too numerous to count.

Jack -
I will be praying for you and your family in your time of sorrow.  There is not much to say that will ease the pain, but know that the sorrow you feel will be helped by remembering the good times.

  I knew Keith as he was called in his earlier years in grade school.  I remember him as a kind and considerate boy.  Always cheerful and had a good sense of humor.
 My prayers are with you.

I first meet Dave when we lived next door to one another.
  As the years went by we kept in contact through our families, friendship and employment. Everyone who had the privilege of getting to know Dave will surely miss him.  I will always remember him as a "great guy". 

We are very sorry about the passing of Keith. I remember him growing up with our kids next door. And, I remember when he got diabetes in the service.  My heart goes out to his family and best to all of you. I will always remember each of you in the best of thoughts.

Although I didn't know David, I do know his father, Jack, and I have met his mother, Betty.  My heart goes out to them and the rest of the family.  May God be with you all in this time of sorrow.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Once a friend of Dave's, you were always a friend.  Without question, there isn't anything Dave wouldn't do for a friend in need.  He was an honest man, with a big heart and a whole lot of integrity.  He will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

To Dave's Family-
I was lucky enough to work with Dave when I started at Store Planning in 1985.  The office was quite a bit smaller back then and Dave, Teri, Rosalie and myself all shared a pretty tight little space until we moved over to the Seaboard building the following year.  But in that year I came to know Dave as a decent, hardworking guy who kept his word and followed through.  He cared about his company and he loved and was devoted to his family.  Talk about his wife and kids was always at the top of the list.  He always had a positive outlook on life and was a joy to work with.  I will miss his sense of humor and great attitude.
