was born April 10, 1918 in Seattle, WA to James Henry Mitchell and Lucilla Wilkes. She passed away January 22, 2003 at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Doris was a clerk in various business and government offices. She is survived by her son Pastor Thomas Neal Teichroew of Salsbury, North Carolina; daughter Marianne Cays of Kent, WA and daughter Susan Beckett of Seattle, WA. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Nerissa, Ninette, Robert and Brian and eight great grandchildren: Anastasia, Immanuel, Olivia, Maya, Aidan, Taylor, Brodie, and Austin. She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters, two husbands: Delbert Morgan and Harold Teichroew and two grandsons.
Per her wishes, private inurnment ceremonies were held.
