Dear Langesater Family,

Einar was was always such an encouragement to me and so many others.  A driving force that made life and the fishing business better because he was in it.  He loved his family, King’s Football and the fishing industry.   My family is praying  for the Langesater family as you grieve the loss of this great man who will be missed by so many! 

With tremendous respect, admiration and sympathy for his loved ones.

Dear Little Fella and Family,
That was the only name I ever knew you had for a couple of years when you truly were a wee one!  Your Dad was so proud of you and loved to talk about you and your sweet Mom when we would see him in Bristol Bay and he was homesick for you two. He was one of the first Bristol Bay fishermen I got to know in 1982. I have a great picture of him, Chuck and I in Naknek from that year, a strike year. But your Dad was one of the smart businessmen fishermen who fished. He had left the cannery mentality. He knew letting fish go up the river was not a wise business decision and he had faith in Chuck that he would get a great price.  It worked. 
Later in the early ‘90’s he brought us some  DELICIOUS Grav Lox that he had made. I asked him for the recipe and he sat down “up at the green house” (our office and home) and proceeded to write it down. It was taking him quite awhile and he was looking puzzled so I asked if he was ok.  He looked at me over his glasses and said “oh fine, fine, just taking time to translate from Swedish to Norwegian to English …..”.  
He said it was Elsie’ s recipe. 🤣😂🤣😂. 
Chuck wants you to know he always liked your Dad and held him in high respect. It was always fun to have the Norwegian group stop by - your Dad, Egil, Magne, John to name just a few.  Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family. May the Lord’s loving arms wrap you all in comfort and know that your Dad had a long life well-lived.
