93, passed away on May 22, 2009 in Snohomish, Washington. He was born on April 2, 1916 in Steelville, Missouri and was a long time resident of the area. Elbert was preceded in death by his wife of 19 years, Sandra and children Susan and Daniel.
He is survived by his children Becky and Jim of Seattle; Allynn of Florida, son-in-laws Robert and and Don; grandchildren Jason, Cherry, Todd, Stacy, Mark, Denny, Casey, Susan, Jason, Jamie, Jerry, Shane and Sherry, great-grandchildren Sarah, Racheal, Tyler, and Ashley. and 3 great-grandchildren.
