Born April 17, 1929 in Seattle; passed away March 14, 2009. Preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice, son, Michael, brother, James and 2 infant grandchildren. Vance is survived by a daughter, Peggy Arnold of Freeland, a son, Brian Knowles of Lynnwood and 5 grandchildren.
