Frank T. Mirtica

He is survived by his sisters, Carol LaGarde, and Gloria Sandvick, from Seattle Wa; Donna Horn, Marie Warner, Theresa Olson, Joann Nelson from Duluth MN. Cathy Marshall from San Diego CA; two brothers, Michael B. Mirtica and Jon Michael Gegenfurtner of Minneapolis MN; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, and his life long companion and friend Helen Stark.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Mirtica; mother Angeline Mirtica Gegenfurtner, and step-mother, Leone Mirtica Lombardo.

He was a veteran of the Korean War. Worked at the Court House in Duluth MN until 1965 moved to Seattle and worked for Mopar and at Bill Pierre Ford until he retired in 1994.

Frank spent his retirement caring for his long time companion Helen and working occasionally for different places doing inventories and spent a lot of time in his garden which he loved growing flowers and tomatoes.

Frank was a wonderful, honest and caring man, friend, and brother and he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends who loved him. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 27, 10:00AM; Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home Chapel 11111 Aurora Ave N. Seattle.
