Born May 16th, 1917 to Mr. And Mrs. Frank S. Howard in Keifer, Oklahoma. Passed away July 15, 2006. Harry was an active man growing up in Oklahoma and worked in the oil fields. He married Jean King August 11, 1944 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Moved to Seattle, Washington in 1947. Harry helped start the printing department at the U of W. He loved fishing with friends and family, golfing and playing pool. He retired from the U of W in 1979. He had a good sense of humor and the last years of his life were a blessing to his wife and family. Survived by his wife, Jean, children Harry D. Howard, Linda Olsen and husband Doug, Michael Howard and wife Debbie and Russell Howard and wife Pat, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. We are grateful for his life and that he is at home with our Lord. Viewing will be Thurs. July 20th, 2006 11am till 1:00pm. Funeral service to follow at 2:00pm at Evergreen-Washelli Chapel.
