JAMES A. ROBBINS, passed away June 23, 2001, with his loving wife Jacqueline at his side. Jim was born August 4, 1942 at Swedish Hospital in Seattle. He grew up in Blue Ridge and graduated from Ballard High School. He went to Bremerton Community College and graduated with a degree in Business. He worked at his grandfather?s bakery, ?Best Pie? from the time he was 13 years old, and he retired from Gais Bakery at the age of 53. Jim was a member of the Elks for 34 years. He enjoyed gambling, in any form. In his last 3 years of lung cancer, he played the stock market, and as always, ?he was lucky?. Jim was truthful, tough, and a solid man. He died ?Paid in full?. His indomitable spirit lives on through his wife Jacqueline. He is also survived by daughter Anna Satterfield and her husband Ian of Reno, NV; and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday and Thursday from 10-8pm at The Bothell Funeral Home, 18224 103rd Ave N.E., Bothell, WA. Graveside services will be Friday, June 29, at 1:30pm, and will be conducted at Holyrood Cemetery, 205 N.E. 205th, Shoreline.
