Joseph was born on April 28, 1968 in Seattle, Washington and passed away on September 1, 2007. Joseph was a loving, caring and passionate person. He enriched our lives by his presence and forever will he be in our hearts. He is survived by his mother Rosemary Reeves, brother Sydney Ford, sister Seneca Williams, three nieces, two nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. We love you and we will miss you dearly.
