Joseph Emanuel Tegman was born December 18, 1929 in Sweden. He passed away July 8, 2016 in Seattle at the age of 86. He is survived by his children Roger, Suzanne, and Roland, eight grandchildren, three great grandsons, two sisters and four brothers.
