Born July 4, 1922 in Appleton, MN; passed away peacefully at home February 23, 2003. He is survived by his wife Rosemary, daughter Kathleen Richard B. Glassburn, grandchildren Samuel and Stephanie Glassburn, Spencer Stiller, and Liberty Irene Harris, great grandchild Gabriel Michael Stiller, and sister Juanita Belle Lussenhop. Lowell is preceded in death by his son Michael Jon Harris, brother Howard Harris, parents Harry and Etta Harris, and Muldoon, his faithful English bulldog. Memorial service Tuesday, March 11, 2003 at 10:00 AM at St. Hilda-St. Patrick Episcopal Church, 15224 52nd Ave. W., Edmonds, WA 98026.
