Lynn Ann Collins

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved, sister, cousin, niece, aunt and great aunt on August 2nd, 2012 at the young age of 55 from natural causes. Lynn will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Born in Anaconda Montana to parents Stephen and Patricia Collins on March 6, 1957, she spent many childhood years before relocating to Seattle. She graduated from Lincoln High School and later attended Shoreline Community College to obtain her degree in Nursing. She spent many dedicated years working as an RN at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle.

In her leisure Lynn enjoyed cooking, knitting and had a love of needle point ensuring many of the family members and each of the small children had the most amazing needle point stockings for Christmas. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Lynn touched the lives of many with her smile and generosity.

She is survived by her three brothers, Steve (Cathy) Collins, Mike (Jana) Collins, Andrew Collins, sister Caryl (Jerad) Forbes, niece Ruby and nephew Jack, nephew Stephen and niece Kimberly, great nieces Patricia and Lillian.

Her life was short but full and the love and memory of her will remain in our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her parents Stephen and Patricia Collins who rest peacefully in their hometown of Anaconda Montana where Lynn will soon reunite.
