May 6, 1916 to November 5, 2010, passed peacefully at the age of 94. Beloved wife and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Arthur in 2007, their marriage spanning almost 75 years, and by their son Harold in 2000 and daughter-in-law Jane in 1998. She is survived by sons Richard (LaDon) and David (Stephanie) and 12 grandchildren and more than 20 great and great-great grandchildren.
Mildred was born in North Dakota and lived and raised her family in California and Seattle, Washington, where Mildred owned and operated several Merle Norman Cosmetic studios.
Mildred will be remembered as a loving wife and mother who brought her faith in God and a warm, kind spirit to any place she lived, most recently the Life Care Center of Kirkland, Washington.
