Our beloved son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather Ming was born in Canton, China and immigrated to the US in 1966. He worked in the food industry for over 40 years, and was an active member in the Chinese community, serving as president of the Bing Kung Association for several terms. He enjoyed time with family and friends, whether it was on trips to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Las Vegas and local casinos; or eating out, particularly dim sum. He cooked delicious family dinners almost every Sunday, using recipes from his head. Ming was a social butterfly with an often silly sense of humor, and his selflessness led him to always helping others. He is survived by his wife, three children, two grandchildren, mother, younger sister and a grand puppy.
Donations in his memory can be made to: the American Heart Association; American Stroke Association; the Bing Kung Association of Seattle; or sponsoring a giant panda via the World Wildlife Foundation.
