Nancy Ann Grenell

Nancy was born September 2, 1941 to Albert and Marion Louise Leggett. She passed away suddenly on May 9th in Edmonds, Washington. She was 72 years old. Nancy graduated in 1959 from Ballard High School. In July of 1959 she married Leslie W Lessard. Together they had five children. Leslie Ann (Hodson), Sally Jean Lessard, Kenneth Allen Lessard, Jody Elaine (Molenda), and Russell Anthony Lessard. Nancy cherished her time spent with her family and loved being a homemaker. She was known for her beautiful needlepoint and as an excellent seamstress. In 1985 she married Randall Grenell. They were married until his death in April of 1996. Nancy attended Mill Creek Foursquare Church and was a devoted Christian. Living in Lynnwood, Washington with her niece ShirleyKay until the time of her passing. Nancy was like a second Mom to ShirleyKay after her own Mother had passed. She will be deeply missed by her family, for the unconditional love and support she provided. She is survived by her children, Leslie Hodson (Tim); Jody Molenda; Russell Lessard (Leah); Grandchildren, Sarah Phillips (Gabe); Beth Hodson; David Hodson; Ashley Molenda; Cassandra Molenda; Courtney Molenda-Cook; Kyle Lessard; Jeremy Lessard; and Gavin Lessard; 4 great grandchildren and her brother Alan Leggett of Aberdeen, Washington. She is preceded in death by her parents Albert and Louise, her second husband Randall, her sister Marilyn Louise Lipps, and her children Sally and Kenneth.
