Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend passed away at the age of 73. He was born in Fairview, UT to Frank and Ora Mills, and had 7 brothers and sisters. He served in the Navy which brought him to the Seattle area where he met Normajean and shared 52 wonderful years of marriage.
Ned leaves behind his wife Normajean, children Shelley (Paul Grahn), Yvonne Mills, Debbie (LeRoy Milburn), Russell Mills, and two granddaughters Jamie and Katie Milburn along with his three brothers Rex (Susan), Lynn (Janet), and Don Mills and two sisters LaRee Rasmussen and Lola Pierce. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Ore and two brothers, Dell and Mont Mills.
