Pauline Hughes Gardner was born on 2/1/1916 in Grand Prairie Texas and died 2/28/2014 in Bellevue Washington. Thanks to all of her caregivers, Asela Ybanez, the Presto family and the staff at Betan Adult Family Home.
Predeceased by her husband Roy L. Gardner and daughter Virginia Pauline. Survived by her beloved brother W.W. Hughes of Texas, her daughter Ann Avery (Marc), grandchildren Laura (Bill), Roy and Linnea (Will) and 2 great grandchildren, Roxanne and Vivian.
Pauline was active in her community volunteering with Ryther Child Center and St. Thomas Episcopal Church. She was a music lover and great supporter of the Seattle Opera. No services per her request. Donations may be made to Make-A-Wish, Seattle Opera, or charity of choice.
