Peggy Ann Dougherty passed away on March 17, 2008. She was 76. She was born on September 25, 1931 in Encino, California. She met Tom Dougherty in the fall of 1949 and they were married in 1951, and have been married for 57 wonderful years. They had a daughter, Lorrie who was born in 1953. Peggy was very involved in the community and worked as a secretary for the Snohomish County Fire District #7, and she spent 25 years there. She was also a private pilot for many years. Peggy referred to the black labs she raised as her "children", and loved them very much. Peggy is survived by her husband, Tom of Woodinville, their daughter Lorrie Will Rogers of Austin, Texas, 2 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. She is loved and missed by all who knew her.
