Penny Wyona Wagoner, 56, of Mountlake Terrace, passed away on Saturday, November 9th, 2013. She was born November 15, 1956, in Long Beach, California, the daughter of Francis Jacob Walter and Charlotta Minnie (Newstrom) Tucksen Losch. She was employed as a Meat wrapper and Deli Clerk at Albertson's. Penny enjoyed camping, traveling, being with her friends and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Elvin Wagoner, children, Crystalyn Heidi Bell, Katrina Ann Wagoner, Letitia Marie Wagoner, Jonathan Royce Wagoner, and Candice Lee Wagoner, twelve grandchildren, LaTrae, Little Charles, IcisChantel, KossoiMarke, Alicia, Tavien, Anthony, Arieanna, Christopher, Keyanna, De'Andre, and Cassandra, her mother Charlotta Losch, three brothers, Robert, John, and Eugene Tucksen and two sisters, Charlotta Romerez and Maxine Miller. Penny was preceded in death by her father, two brothers and a sister.
