Born October 3, 1954 in Everett WA. to Jerry and Florence Wootan; passed away peacefully on September 29, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Richard ?Rick?; daughter, Shawna and son, Aaron; sisters, Doris and Martha; brothers, Chuck and Jerry. Rachel was a loving wife, mother, and a friend to many. She enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening, traveling, and Civil War re-enacting. She was loved by all who knew her and will be missed greatly. Memorial services will be held at University Christian Church, 4731 15th Ave NE, Seattle, on Sunday, October 20, 2002 at 2:30PM.
