Born in Seattle on June 29, 1940; died June 17, 2025 in Lynnwood at age 84.

Dick is survived by his loving wife, Janice; daughters, Shauna Rowe and Traci Stiles; sons, Jason, Jeffrey and Richard Rowe; extended family and friends.
