Richard E. Spencer, 88, of Everett, Washington, died Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024.
Richard was born in Newton, Iowa on July 31st, 1935. He moved to Washington in the late 1970's and took a job as a riveter and retired from Boeing.
He is survived by his sister, Louise Shaw and nephew, Jeff Shaw, of Medford, Oregon; his step-daughter Colleen Donald and step-grandson Ed Glowaski, of Everett, Washington.
He is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Kansas, his brother M. Vern Spencer, his brother-in-law Kenneth C. Shaw, and his parents Elvin E. and Inez E. Spencer.
