
"Salimah" Tammy L. Johnson, 32, of Seattle, Washington passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2006. Salimah was the daughter of Michael O. Johnson, Sr, and Teresa R. Minnis Johnson. Salimah was the granddaughter of the late Kenneth Welke, Sr.
Salimah is survived by her Grandmother Frances Welke. Daughter, Layla her son, Luqman, 1 brother Michael and his wife Stephanie and 1 sister: Zakiyyah and her husband Elijah, Salimah was also survived by 6 nieces: Kayla, Laken, Joleen, Sumayyah, Khansa and Lacey and 3 nephews: Jihad, Nathan and Siraj all from Seattle, Washington.
Our sweet little angel, we will never forget you, you will always be in our hearts.

A private service will be held at a later date. The family suggests that memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
