Sandra Lee Morse

It is with a heavy heart that we regret to announce the loss of the most wonderful wife, mother, grandma, sister, companion and friend that anyone could ever hope for. Sandra L. (Ray) Morse passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 7:35 AM in her home in Bothell, WA.

Sandra met Billy Morse at the young age of 19, and after only six short weeks, they were married. Their marriage lasted for forty-four great years. As a result of this union, they had two wonderful daughters, Cindy and Glenda. Bill preceded Sandra in death in 2004. In 2007, she became the loving companion of Landon Moreland, whom she spent her last years with doing much traveling and enjoying life and each other. In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Hildura Ray, three sisters, and five brothers.

She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Nelson (Dave) of Renton, and Glenda White (Randy) of Woodinville; four grandchildren, Joshua, Mindy, Ryan and Hannah; five great-grandchildren, Jordan, Bailey, Raynee, Paige and Mylee. She is also survived by four sisters, Shirley Gamble of Redondo Beach, CA, Jackie Snickers of Orting, Patty Bullock of Bonny Lake, and Beverly Caples of Bellevue, companion and long-time friend, Landon Moreland; and many nieces and nephews.

Sandra touched the lives of all those she came in contact with. Her warm heart, sparkling smile and loving spirit has been an inspiration to many. Sandra's family and friends will miss her dearly. She will remain in their hearts and memories forever.
