Our anniversary just came and passed.  I tried to do something in honor of you.....but I cried instead.  I miss you terribly.

Tom was always there for me as a peer, boss, and friend. I could always share my thoughts and concerns with him almost like a brother. The last time I saw him he came to our house on a Thursday night and we talked until almost 1:00 in the morning. I'll never forget him!!!

Tom...We will all miss your smiling face. You were the light at the end of the tunnel.  If you didn't know the answer you found out the answer.  Your energy, your compassion for life will always be remembered.  May God's ever presence be with you.  We love you.

Memories: When we were kids, you meant the world to me, then you shut me out of your life because of the medical stuff. That hurt. Our Families are so close. You still mean the world to me there will always be a special place in my heart just for you. I only wish I could have done more.  I miss you, and hope to see you some day in Heaven.

Tommy you are a great inspiration to us.  I remember our trip to Seattle when you first became ill, all night driving, laughing and then all the tough tests in the hospital.  I also remember when you came through Three-Forks, we had lunch and you shared all the things going on with your life. You are a great guy, one we will miss here on earth but can hardly wait until we see you again in heaven! You will be able to show us around.  We'll just see you a little later. I shared a little more than 4 years of dialysis with Tom.  These are the things he taught me..."half-assed" is never good enough; don't just "go with the flow" concerning your own health care; and most importantly, "in Montana, you can wear shorts and sandals until there is one inch of snow on the ground!!" 

Tom, you were the very first person who called to congratulate me when I received my transplant.  I am sorry the world has to continue on without you.

Tom was a man who was always trying his hardest to find the most fulfillment in every moment of his life. His friendly attitude influenced others and made people always look to the brighter side of life.

Tommy, I have lots of wonderful memories growing up with you.  Thank-you for your ear-to-ear smile & the laugh that was so catchy.

As years passed, we hadn't seen eachother in years.  Then one day about two years ago God blessed me with being able to hug you and see that wonderful smile again.  I also got to meet your wife and visit for a short bit.  I can't tell you what a blessing that was to me.

You'll always have a very special place in my heart.

Annette, I learned just moments ago that Tom had passed away.  I'm still in shock...  I am deeply sorry and will be praying for you; that God will be your strength and bring healing to your heart.  Tom was a very dear friend.  We shared a lot of special times together; he even came to the Polson hospital the day William was born.  We will miss him.  God be with you!
