Tien V Nguyen

Tien V Nguyen, age 91, of Lynnwood, Washington passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023. Tien Nguyen was born on October 21, 1931 in Ha Tien, Vietnam. He attended pharmacy school in France and returned to Vietnam in 1959, where he opened a pharmacy named Trung Tam in the name of his father. That same year, he married his wife Lehoa Le. They had two children, Thu Hong (daughter, b.1960) and Thanh Son (son, b.1961).

In 1979, Tien and his family came to Seattle. He enjoyed walking through Chinatown and the Seattle Public Market. He led a quiet and happy life with his children and grandchildren.

Tien passed away at the age of 91 on October 6, 2023. He is survived by his wife, daughter, son, daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, and other loving relatives.

We are eternally grateful for the time we spent with him and will miss him dearly.

A visitation for Tien will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133. A visitation will occur Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a witness cremation at 12:00 pm.
