Bill passed away June 28th, 2009 in Kirkland, WA at the age of 83. He was born on September 14th, 1925 in Fargo ND, the son of William and Helen Burrell. After High School, Bill joined the Navy and served on a Mine Sweeper as a Radio Electronics Technician in Word War II. After the war he moved to Spokane, WA, married, and started a family. He owned multiple service stations prior to going back to school at the age of 33 to earn a BSEE from Gonzaga University. Bill worked for General Dynamics and then The Boeing Company as an Electrical Engineer. He retired from The Boeing Company in 1989 after 29 years of service. He loved flying model airplanes and playing golf. He enjoyed 25 years of marriage to Elizabeth Burrell until his passing. Bill is survived by wife Elizabeth, sons, Mark Burrell, Matthew Burrell, Brian Burrell, Barry Burrell, Darrell Burrell, and Daniel Burrell; stepsons Mark Bechard, Raymond (Tam) Bechard, and Christopher Bechard; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughters Sharon Burrell, Diane Burrell, grandson Jonathan, and granddaughter Tina.
