She was born on July 11, 1931 in Lockhart, Texas to Francisco and Siria Hernandez.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Isauro Macias as well as numerous family members.
Carmen will be missed dearly.
Visitation will begin on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. at Goetz Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. James Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery in Geronimo, Texas.
